Annual Transactions of the Lodge of Research

In the late fall or early winter of every year, the Illinois Lodge of Research releases its Annual Transactions for the previous Masonic Year (which ended at the Annual Meeting in early October). More than just a simple accounting of the minutes of the annual meeting (though that is a part of it), the Transactions also include any research papers that were submitted, accepted, and selected for inclusion in the periodic publication.

There are Annual Transactions going back to the lodge’s inception in the mid-1970s and these are all located within the Illinois Lodge of Research’s Masonic Library at the Normal Masonic Temple in Normal and Online in our Members Only Section, Illinois. Many of the newer transactions are kept in PDF format and available for the review and use of the lodge members. In fact, from 2017 moving forward, the Annual Transactions are only available in electronic PDF format.

The Annual Transactions are a benefit of membership in the Illinois Lodge of Research. Currently, only members have access to the current issue plus the 40+ from previous years. For more information, visit the Masonic Library in Normal or send an email to secretary@illinoislodgeofresearch.org.
